※ The profit rates may vary in the range of 0.5% ~ 5% depending on the P2P agent’s level.
- Hola Money Buy Request: Once the agent receives fiat money from the user, they will send an equal amount of Hola Money to the user’s bank account.
- Hola Money Sell Request: Once the fiat money is transferred to the agent’s bank account, the agent sends the equivalent amount of Hola Money to the user.
※ The percentage of profit can vary from a minimum of 0.5% to a
maximum of 5% depending on the agent’s level. The agent’s level
is determined according to the total number of transactions and
total amount of Hola Money purchase transactions.

Transaction limit system is the maximum amount that can be
registered for P2P purchase and sale and the automatic match
will be available until all registered amounts are used.
You can register Hola Money purchase or sale within the
transaction limit, while also registering other transactions
by dividing the amount.

Be informed that once you deposit, 50% of your deposit amount
will be available for Hola Money sale and the other 50% will be
available for Hola Money purchasing.
How to refund deposit
Once you request for your deposit refund, your transaction limit
will be immediately set to 0 and the deposit will be returned to
your Hola Money account within 24 hours.
Please note that you won’t be able to request
a deposit refund in case of an ongoing transaction.

- If you do not register any purchase or sale, you will not be matched with the users.

amount for Hola Money sale is 500 USD and the maximum
available amount for Hola Money purchase is 500 USD.
- Once you register 500 USD for Hola Money sale, automatic matching will happen and last until the entire 500 USD is sold.

※ In case of Hola Money purchase, you need to have actual
500 USD in your bank account in order to send fiat money to
the seller and receive your corresponding Hola Money in return.
Example 2) If you deposit 1000 USD, the maximum available
amount for Hola Money sale is 500 USD and the maximum
available amount for Hola Money purchase is 500 USD.
- Keep in mind that you can register 500 USD by dividing the amount for example 5 times with 100 USD for Hola Money sale. In this case, your 100 USD will be automatically matched with an amount (buyer’s) under 100 USD.

Example 3) If your 100 USD were sold from a 500 USD
transaction and you cancel the transaction the remaining

through Hola Money.
- When your registered transaction is cancelled, your transaction limit will be back to 500 USD. You can register 500 USD for sale again, once you buy the missing 100 USD Hola Money.
Therefore, it’s beneficial for you as an agent to constantly process transactions in order to be matched with transactions with larger amounts.
