HolaPay KYC
Verification Guide
HolaPay may require identification procedures as necessary to
prevent money laundering and criminal fund transactions. For safe
transactions of all users using HolaPay, please use it only for
appropriate payment.
What is KYC?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is a system that verifies the identity of the customer, whether the account is a real party, and prevents the account in HolaPay from being used for illegal activities such as money laundering or voice phishing money.
KYC Verification Process
1. If you see a message indicating that KYC authentication is required during P2P sales or remittance, please go to the authentication center in the settings menu in the app.
2. Prepare the documents provided by the certification center and attach them to the support email.
Copy of front and back of ID card
Passport, resident registration card or
driver's license is allowed.
Proof of address
Utility bills, government-issued identification documents, banking, finance institute, authorized insurer-issued certification, posted mail with name of applicant, photo identification or valid driver's license is allowed.
Selfie photo with ID and face
Photo identification or valid driver's license (Valid only for 3 months from the date of issue) is allowed.
Bank confirmation of remittance for P2P purchase
Certificate of deposit, transfer receipt or remittance certificate is allowed.
A copy of the bank statement of registered in HolaPay
A scanned copy of bankbook or bank account opening certificate is allowed.
A scanned copy of the oath form provided by Holapay which has been signed by hand

Evidence of source of the funds and the source of funds described in handwriting
Cert of total balance, bank statement, proof of stocks selling, or other types of income certification is allowed.
In the process of examining documents attached by email, if necessary, you may have a face-to-face video call with customer support for the ID verification process.
You will be notified of the final examination result by email within 5 business days after all document review and identity verification process is completed.
Withdrawal Restrictions
Services such as P2P sales, P2P remittance, and payment are limited from the time KYC verification being requested until the final evaluation result being obtained.
